About
A short firm that thinks long-term.
We built Savanna Forge after years inside larger organizations - where we watched good products stall for reasons that had nothing to do with engineering. So we built the firm we wanted to hire.
Our belief
Software should be boring in all the right ways.
Reliable, predictable, maintainable - and deliberately unglamorous. The most successful systems we've shipped are the ones nobody has to think about.
A lot of software companies sell you a narrative. We sell you a working system - built by a small team that answers directly to you, shipped in small increments you can see, and supported long after launch.
That means saying no to work that doesn't fit, no to technology for its own sake, and no to the idea that a “done” project is where the relationship ends.
Team
The people doing the work.
A small team of senior engineers and strategists. Every project gets direct access to the people actually building it.

Open Source
What we're working on.
Recent activity from our public GitHub repositories.
Principles
How we operate.
Four rules that govern every engagement - whether we're advising, building, or maintaining.
Engineering over enthusiasm
Measured decisions and verifiable results beat hype in every meeting.
Simplicity by discipline
Every feature, dependency, and line of code must earn its place.
Long-term ownership
We build systems we would be proud to maintain for a decade.
Direct communication
No jargon, no surprises. You always know exactly where things stand.
